THE BLOSSOM KUMAMOTO is positioned as the top-tier hotel within the BLOSSOM Hotel chain managed by JR Kyushu. This hotel was built during the re-development of the JR Kumamoto Station. The lobby space overlooks the southwestern side of the city and offers a stunning view of the sunset thanks to its glass backdrop. The guest rooms are designed based on three themes: nature, culture, and tradition. The Penthouse suite, called “Hanare THE SUITE,” features a calm atmosphere of traditional Japanese architecture. The bathroom is decorated with Nabeta stone, a locally-sourced stone from Kumamoto Prefecture.
